Once mitigation of damaged flooring, drywall or plaster has been completed, it’s time to see if a what should be done for the repairs. Typically, insurance will only replace or repair “like for like” when it comes to repairs and rebuilds of loss damages. It’s at this time in the process that a customer may explore the “Change Order” concept and utilize their own funds in conjunction with the insurance claim monies to restore their property in a new direction.  The deciding factors are usually Affordability vs ROI (Return On Investment) which inevitably will increase the value of the property and become an investment in the future value of the home.

Roofing Maintenance, Repairs & Replacement

Over the years, Vanguard Environmental and Restoration has conducted roof maintenance calls, roof repairs and entire roof replacements.  We have worked on all roof styles from Gable to flat and every roofing material from composite shingle, tile and torch down roofing.

We handle each roof project separately because each roof issue is unique unto itself.  We take pride in our work and every project we’re apart of.  Most of our jobs begin when a downpour exposes the weakest of roofs and we’re summoned to place a tarp on the roof during the deluge.  Once the clouds have parted, we remove the tarp to examine what the true issues are. We may be required to replace the entire roof and the rotted plywood sheeting or just repair some over exposed underlayment. Either way, we make sure your roof is ready to weather the next storm.

Our Roofing supervisors can evaluate each roof as to preventative measures and possible issues. We will determine the best solutions to problems and suggest to customers choices that will have positive results for your future needs.
